MSI Tanzania is Tanzania’s largest specialized sexual and reproductive healthcare organization, established in 1989.
We provide a range of reproductive health services including:

MSI Tanzania also empowers young people by engaging them in youth friendly communication and activities, designed to educate and inform about sexual reproductive health.
Our focus is to deliver services predominantly in hard-to-reach rural locations and urban slums through our clinical outreach teams.
We provide 30% of the modern methods of contraceptives used by women in Tanzania, and approximately 70% of the long acting and permanent methods.
