MSI Tanzania is Tanzania’s largest specialized sexual and reproductive healthcare organization, established in 1989.

We provide a range of reproductive health services including:

• Contraception and family planning
• Health screening
• Antenatal care and maternity services
• Post-abortion care
• Cervical cancer screening
• Primary healthcare
• STI and HIV screening and referral
• Malaria screening and treatment
• Immunizations and child health checks

MSI Tanzania also empowers young people by engaging them in youth friendly communication and activities, designed to educate and inform about sexual reproductive health.

Our focus is to deliver services predominantly in hard-to-reach rural locations and urban slums through our clinical outreach teams.

Starting from a single clinic in London, the organisation has grown to become one of the world’s largest providers of high quality, affordable family planning services.

MSI’s quality clinical standards and best practice services are shared globally, currently across 36 countries, and developed in partnership with in-country quality assurance teams.
