Physician services

A general health consultation is where you can discuss common medical ailments or general health complaints. Usually, your consultation will be with a doctor.

Things that are often covered in a general health consultation include:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses like malaria
  • Urinary tract infection
  • Coughs
  • Diarrhoea

You can walk in to one of our clinics with or without an appointment. Our reception staff will take a look at your client record and book a slot for you to see a doctor.

Book an appointment

If you're ready to visit us, book an appointment to reduce your waiting time at the clinic.

Once you've filled out the form, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your appointment.

What happens during a general health consultation?

During your session a doctor will review your full medical history and give you a clinical examination. They will then provide treatment and advice based on your clinical diagnosis.

If you have medical insurance, the details of your policy are recorded on your chart after validation. If authorisation is required, we’ll contact your insurance company for approval.

What happens after a general health consultation?

The doctor will determine whether you need a referral to a specialist or not, and make any necessary arrangements. They will also arrange an appointment for review of your diagnosis, if needed.
