A physician consultation is where you can discuss common or general health complaints, usually with a doctor.
During your consultation we will review your full medical history and give you a clinical examination. We will then provide treatment and advice based on your diagnosis, and we may refer you to a specialist or arrange a follow-up appointment if needed.
Things that are often covered in a physician consultation include:
- Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses like malaria
- Urinary tract infection
- Coughs
- Diarrhoea

You can walk into one of our clinics with or without an appointment. Our reception staff will look at your client record and book a slot for you to see a doctor.
If you have medical insurance, the details of your policy will be recorded after validation. If authorisation is required, we’ll contact your insurance company for approval.
